Still have questions? Send us an emailSet the panel up with the integrated stand at a distance of about 15 to 30 cm, choose your wavelengths and session duration on the remote control and relax. We include a quick-start guide and recommend starting with shorter sessions while you find out what suits your routine.
Most people use sessions of about 10 to 20 minutes. The ideal length depends on your goal – shorter sessions are common for skincare-focused routines, longer ones for body-focused use. The built-in timer makes it easy to set the time and then turn to other things.
Three to five sessions a week are a common starting point. The panel is designed for daily use if you want to build a consistent routine. As with any wellness practice, consistency matters more than intensity.
The SolisPanel+ is a wellness device for regular home use. We supply protective goggles and clear safety instructions with it. As with any LED device, you should avoid looking directly into the light source. If you have a specific health condition, please consult your doctor.
