Set the panel up free-standing with the integrated stand or mount it on the wall. Sit or stand about 20 to 35 cm in front of it, select the wavelengths and the duration on the remote control and relax. A quick start guide is included. We recommend starting with shorter sessions until you have found your rhythm.
How long does a typical session take?
Most sessions last around 10 to 20 minutes. The right duration depends on your goal: shorter sessions are usual for skincare routines, longer ones for the body. The built-in timer is set once and then runs on its own.
How often should I use it?
Three to five sessions per week are a common starting point. The panel is also designed for daily use if you want to build a fixed routine. As with any wellness routine, consistency counts for more than intensity.
Is daily use safe?
The SolisPanel 750 Gen2 is a wellness device for regular use at home. Protective goggles and clear safety instructions are included. As with any LED device: do not look directly into the light source. If you have health-related questions, please speak to a doctor beforehand.
