Set the device up free-standing using the robust floor stand or mount it on the wall. Sit or stand at a distance of about 30 to 60 cm, select the wavelengths you want and the session duration on the remote control and relax. A quick start guide is included. We recommend starting with shorter sessions until you have found the duration that suits your daily routine.
How long does a typical session take?
Most users apply the device for around 10 to 20 minutes. The optimal duration depends on your goal – shorter sessions are common for skincare, longer ones for the body. Thanks to the integrated timer, you can simply set the device and then forget about it.
How often should I use it?
Three to five sessions per week are a common starting point. The panel is designed for daily use if you want to build a regular routine. As with any wellness practice, consistency is more important than intensity.
Is it safe for daily use?
